I'm trying to win a contest here and I need a good amount of bots with unique IP addresses that can load up a website and give it a simple POST request.

I'm not looking to spend much money on this but I can run a request a day per bot until Friday.

I could make this in vb.net. I also have a huge ass proxy list. I can't so it till later today though :/ but sounds good :)

I whipped up a proxy iterator in PHP including all the correct http referers and content headers... so all I need is a list of HTTP proxies if anyone has that... Preferably non-Chinese ones, trying to make it seem like legit hits.
