I have helped him code this some time ago and there is no virus/rat/anything binded to it. (their wasn't when I was still working on it, but I doubt OP would infect someone).

This should work on all windows from xp and above all versions due to all bit compatible runpe. Dependency Framework 2.0

Server must be 127.0.0.1 and not to be spread for FUDness till uploading here. You ruin it for the rest else.
I'll explain what I need for the tests.
