Best way to hold huge amount of bots?

What would be the best way to hold huge amounts of slaves, if I don't want to use botnet?
Which rat would be stable for around ~2-4k bots?
Or should I just use Botnet? I probably would but I don't exactly know how the vps and all that works.

Down in a basement or in a giant mansion like in Django Unchained?

I recommend a huge cave and then use jail doors, will stop these fuckers from escaping.
To actually answer your question:

If you plan to have 2-4k bots I would suggest a VPS regardless of whether you are using a client-based RAT or a traditional botnet. Most people who run nets do not consider 2-4k a lot, but it is enough to get you noticed by law enforcement or the IT security community if you are using your home network as a host, which I assume is what you'd be doing given your statement that you don't know how to operate a VPS. The bandwidth usage might also be a little much for home networks in such a scenario.

2-4k is a pretty large amount for a client-based RAT to handle. A RAT is typically thought of as more of a specialty tool for use on people of interest, not something that you just wholesale spread to hold bots. They typically use a custom TCP-based protocol, requiring constant keep-alive checks, and as a result will consume system resources more quickly than a typical HTTP server in which the bots connect only on a predefined interval. You could always use a traditional bot for herding and download/execute the RAT onto a specific number of them as needed.

Well that was a good answer! I'am now either planning on buying this: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=2985659 or then order some offshore hosting service and upload cythosia in there. Which one would work better?

Word of advice - Do not use Cythosia, you will not be satisfied.

I giggled. Then i laughed. Then i laughed harder. This is so dumb it's funny. ha ha. Had this picture in my head of a cave full of live computers stacked on top of each other, with a vampire running around amongst them.

So there is IRC and HTTP bots. Cythosia is HTTP, Athena is IRC. I would recommend HTTP because of the easy to use interface and generally it is easier to find HTTP bots nowadays. I would highly recommend BetaBot over Athena as Athena is kind of a shitty bot. For only 2k it really doesn't matter what bot you use, most decent ones will suffice for that amount.

But yes Cythosia does suck absolute cock.

Alright.. That means I got to get A LOT of slaves so I could get my money back. And I also would need some good offshore hosting. Could you recommend one, or few?

Offshore hosting really is not as important as bulletproof hosting. Your best bet is any obscure/Russian/eastern Euro bulletproof hosting. You should be able to find some decent/lowish quality (good enough for your causes) for $45-60 a month.

Seriously? Wow, that's not cheap at all.

Yeah well if you are looking to stay safe you are going to pay for it.

Yes haha $45 a month isn't expensive for decent hosting.
