To be honest, if you paid £17 you could of just gone to the shop for the same price or got them a bit cheaper on eBay.

Did you send the payment as gift? If not you can dispute it on PayPal.

Oh, sorry. I didn't notice you was the one giving it him.
The best you could do is report it to Microsoft (Phone, live chat, ect) and report that it was stolen from you and you never paid, and since it is classed as 'Fraudulent activity' and 'marketplace theft' there is a good chance they will ban his account and console.

Just explain it all to them, show them proof you own the code, and they should get someone from a special department to help you. If they ask why you was selling it, just make up some important lie about how you needed the funds for College expenses or whatever.

Edit: Forgot to mention, you should of searched his UID. I thought I said this in my first post but I guess not.

I did not scam you at all , you opened some Microsoft points on Skype camera then turned it off and gave me invalid code so I did not send you money also you jacked my Skype account with the method.

You may have sold them on.. Also just pay already, i mean almost instantly after i gave the points you logged out of skype and havent gone back on.. And you have other scam reports

Mate i do not have access to skype no longer , as it is jacked although its a coincidence that it got jacked after i was speaking to you?
I received the code and it did not work for me and no i did not sell it on?
