Little Witch Academia

Little Witch Academia is one of the four anime works that each received 38 million yen (about US$480,000) from the "2012 Young Animator Training Project." Just like in 2010 and 2011, the animation labor group received 214.5 million yen (US$2.65 million) from the Japanese government's Agency for Cultural Affairs, and it distributed most of those funds to studios who train young animators on-the-job.

Aired March 3, produced by Trigger, this short film is pretty much amazing. It is a heartwarming story of a little witch and her life story basically summed up. At the moment, it is being debated on becoming a full series, or a full length film. You can currently watch it on YouTube, and I highly recommend you do so.

What do you all think of this? I personally thought it was great, and I loved everything about it. An overall quality work

Well wasn't that cute?

Despite me not really liking the fantasy genre, I quite enjoyed that. Might even consider watching a full series about it too. Thanks for the share Emi.

Oh I remember this, it was one of the Anime Mirai 2013. I liked it a lot. I though the animation style was a little western based but the short plot was nice. It would be good it is made into a full anime series.
