Duke's Analyzer - By DukeOfDeath

Hi! Today I will give to you a very little (and simple) source.

What is it?

Take it as a "Analyzer" of connections.
- Ping yourself;
- Ping websites;
- Ping IP;
- Verify active connections;
- And verifies Ethernet and Hamachi connections!

Very simple to create, very simple to use.
And it's "noob proof!" 🤗

"Enjoy The Simplicity, Enjoy Duke!" (LOL) 🤝

Code
@echo off
title Duke's Analyzer
color 0a

:start
cls
echo Select an option!
echo 1 - Ping yourself;
echo 2 - Ping a website;
echo 3 - Ping another IP;
echo 4 - Verifies active connections;
echo 5 - Verifies Ethernet and Hamachi connections;
echo 6 - Credits
echo 7 - Exit
set /p car=
if %car% == 1 goto PingY
if %car% == 2 goto PingW
if %car% == 3 goto PingIP
if %car% == 4 goto Active
if %car% == 5 goto Verify
if %car% == 6 goto Credits
if %car% == 7 goto Exit

:PingY
cls
ping localhost
pause
goto start

:PingW
cls
set /p a="Enter your chosen Hostname: "
ping.exe %a%
pause
goto start

:PingIP
cls
set /p a="Enter your chosen Hostname: "
ping.exe %a%
pause
goto start

:Active
cls
netstat -n
pause
goto start

:Verify
cls
ipconfig

goto start

:Credits
cls

I see what you are trying to do here. You basically are eliminating the need for CMD. Why go to CMD for this stuff when you can make batch files out of them? I like the way you think, but please don't take this as an insult, STOP making such scripts. Put your efforts into something like PlayansReplay and some things like that.

But PlayAndReplay were only some links, nothing more than that...
PS: Have you finished your improved version of it?

It doesn't matter if they were only links, that was good and clever thinking. The improved version will take time, its not easy to find the download links.

How did I make it "good"? In the sense of "flowing and understandable"?

Ok I want to end this here. No more posting here, I'm finished with the script I'll make a thread now. Dig up more tutorials on batch meanwhile.

Back on topic, I noticed you had written "ping.exe %a%". That could just be "ping %a%" :3

You are still the noob. PlayAndReplay was a simple script, it did nothing more then open links.
ON TOPIC: You could use ping instead of ping.exe

Whatever man, try to be appreciative of somebody's work. It costs nothing to be nice to others does it now?
WHY everytime I make something for this forum, people keep insulting me? :(

Because somebody will claim that they are better than you, etc. I do not visit this subforum often but this looks nice I guess.

Well it was better then what other people code and say "they made" it. Atleast you coded this yourself, people critize you you so you can get better at coding!

I agree. We all were batch noobies at some point.

Good luck with future projects OP
