Ok first what you want to do is get your Text in the Mograph on the top section. Then Change your Depth to whatever you like, i like using 35. Then line you camera up so its facing the front of the text:

Then what your gunna wanna do is go into the EDIT on the middle RIGHT hand side and click COPY then PASTE.
Then Click on your Motext.1 and go over to the "CAPS" option and on the Start section your going to want to change it to "FILLET CAP" Then change the RADIUS to around 7, Then do the EXACT same method for the END.[img]http://i.minus.com/iH6NyJGNZO8Vn.png[/img]
Ok now what you want to do is click on the MoText.1 then Rotate your camera so its facing the text sideways (Look at the picture). Then what your gunna do is click the blue Arrow and move it to The right so it is a LITTLE bit behind the first text, you will see what i mean when you start moving it.

Then go to the bottom left hand side. Click "Create" and go to "New material" There you can Set your colors and do whatever you would like to them and experiment with the differnt options.
OR
You can go on youtube and type in "C4D material Packs and just go through there and they should show you how to install it.

And Last once you have your colors you just want to drag them onto your desired text and boom you have your 3D color Text
