I was scammed by two guys

Daz-1337- uid 1407648 - Has used Hacked Paypal - Amount 32$
He told me that he will fix problem with his paypal, but doesn't reply to my PM's and has put me in Ignoring List- so Paid with hacked paypal.

Popcaan changed nick to EXCH uid 1782772 - Has used Hacked Paypal - Amount 72$
After i have received 9 chargebacks he Deleted me from skype
Change his User Name to Ron Jeremy
