How can I create a reveal animations in PS CS6?

Something like this - [Image: 7FFJsla.gif]
Using the animation timeline. I'm not that experienced with animations but I would edit each frame. I would begin with having how you want it before the animation and then how you want it at the end of the animation in 2 frames and then click the button with multiple squares on it and fill in the frames in between and then edit how you want it. Smoother the animation, the more frames you will want :). I hope this helps and someone more experienced can help with a more detailed post.

That creates a fade effect. 🤨
First off, that animation example sucks. Second off, it just goes frame by frame and loads what shows, so just change the transaparency per frame by a small percentage, like 5%, then 10%, then 15% and etc.

Again, this just creates a fade effect.

That "fade effect" is what you're looking for.

The creator of that userbar, changed the opacity/fill/edited the text, so that on the timeline, it gradually reveals it.

An example of this is, 1 frame contains the letter "A", next frame contains "AB", 3rd frame contains "ABC". It will "reveal" those letters, but in a different way than what you're asking for.

Try messing around with reverse-fading.

Use logic please, then make it go from 100% to 95% to 90% to 85% etc...
100% = Not see-able, just transparent.
0% = Fully see-able.
