3d splashes are from a splash render, very easy a basic commonly found in most GFX packs!
Just a matte of getting the splash render the same colour with is easy by changing the hue

Dude. I love this kind of stuff. The paint looks very good coming out of the letters. Nice job. You should do this with some other bright colors too.
