I don't know where to post this, maybe I should do it in the coding category but I don't know where.
Here's a problem, that I had a few years ago, and no coming back:
How do you create an exe file from a C, Python or other source code ?

I know that Prorat is written in C++ (and that their website is down :( ) and I wondered how they could generate .exe servers ?
How is that suppose to work?

Well you would need compilers for both C and Python.

If you want an exe from Python theres http://www.py2exe.org/

For C there's http://gcc.gnu.org/
