All of the stressers in the section currently, and when they do post it, they must pm a staff member or message a moderator OF the section; With a DStat made today. The moderators should have access to a Dstat program, and then the booter/stresser thread MUST put that on in it. This is so no one is selling a fake product.

Tldr;

All booters must get approved before making a thread. And also get a Dstat from a moderator on hf.
