Basically, I have a lot of money in gift card balance from ewhoring. I want it converted to Paypal but there's not really a "way." What I have in mind is opening up a service where I would buy HF member's products in exchange for their Paypal. Not too much personal information is required, all the customer has to do is add the item they want to their wish list. Then I proceed to gift the item to the user, this will not reveal their full address to me but only their city and state. Is this allowed?

You're not supposed to redeem the gift card. You're supposed to trade the code, say a $10 Amazon GC to someone for ~$8PP. You're not allowed to do so on this forum though, and I highly doubt that this will be allowed.
