He repetitively claimed he would give away to other websites when he hadn't bought reseller rights. He then proceeded to post the link to my guide and the password for it.

I don't want this to be released to at the least HF.

If a staff or mod member could at least temp, or perm ban him, It would be very appropriate.

Unfortunately, I do not have any proof, although, he made a post that I reported on my thread, giving away my link to my guide, and the password for it.
