Need a skype resolver / skype to IP there stil works ( at least some times)
or a skype 2 ip / resolver there still got old logs or something.. // Hope someone have it! i'm willing to give you something if you have.

Yea, they're all patched atm. You'll have to wait and see for new methods.

They are patched at the moment. Some Skype resolvers are still bringing up users old IPs though. If your resolving an IP, make sure it isn't Microsoft's before you hit it.

Need to could get their IP's if they dont wan't to accept me some times..
and they give like sometimes 4-5 IP's.. and then you have to figured who it is you need to take down...

You can trace an IP to a specific location. It is useful when trying to make a dox. An IP is also used for DoS (Weak) / DDoS (Can be very powerful) attacks against a persons network using a flood of packets causing there internet connection to time out. DoS/DDoS are both illegal.
