I upload a website I bought online to my host (SPAM.com), and I get this error:

Can anyone help me?
EDIT: I googled, and I think the problem lies with Magento, and I read that I should clear the cash. I have no idea how to do this, as I dont have a command line, but a panel to work with on this webhost.
