VB.Net Get writing language while the form is inactive

Hi, I googled allot but there was no result, I want to get writing language name (English, Spanish, etc.) in a textbox when user change the input language and also while the form is inactive (using VB.Net). I know I can use InputLanguage.CurrentInputLanguage.... to get current input language but it only works when the form is active and for example if you open Microsoft Office Word (form goes to inactive) and then change your input language it won't change the texbox.text till you click the form and make it active window. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance. 🤝

Your posts are getting retarded by the minute and don't even make sense.
I tried timer, but as I said only works when the form window is active and when it's inactive, it won't show changed language.
