Okay so a while ago I had this problem with a l33t member random repping me. But I PM'ed Judge Dredd, and he took care of things. (As proven on picture) But know the L33t member gave me another random rep again. And I still haven't talked with him, nor have I made any deal with him. Also I can't PM Judge Dredd, and how do I report my random rep know huh?
So yea please help me forum, it's annoying to get random repped when you didn't do anything...

The only person with power over reputation is Omniscient. Also his reputation isn't random, but it may count as flaming. PM Omniscient, but do realize it might take him some time to read it, and he might not do anything.
