I don't agree.
If you know scripting then you can pull all the users by analyzing the users list~
I believe that the author ment to see all the members who are actually registered, and not taking their personal details.
But if he does ment to take their personal details then you're right and you have to access the db somehow/ Bruth forcing every single user that you pull from the list (and If so, I think that he should give up now)~
