After giving this user repeated chances to resolve this issue I am finally forced to log a scam report against them. My initial purchase was a week ago for 4k updates. The user claimed that they had 29k fresh loads and could supply the updates immediately. We agreed on $240 for the updates, hosting and Andro installed and setup. A few hours later after payment the user supplied the Andro with 42 bots with all but 2 dying the very next day. I complained to the supplier repeatedly to get the updates delivered and was then handed the details of the guy who I guess runs this operation. He convinced to forget about the updates and pay $650 to get 500 loads per day. Of course this sounded to good to be true but the seller was convincing and said they had their own private exploit pack and could deliver on this as long as it worked. The deal then changed to me paying an additional $90 via paypal and the remaining monies via WU. I paid the $90 but held off on the WU simply because I had time to think about the agreement. I told the seller I was nervous about the deal and that a gesture of good will would make me feel better. I asked him to deliver 1k installs to which he agreed. Only 93 showed up. I tested my file with another loads seller and got around 80% of the loads which meant there was no issue with the exact same crypted file.
By this time I was pretty sure this user was not able to send any amount really over 100-300 installs. Having spoken to another seller on HF I was told this user had asked to purchase installs from them a few days prior. This obviously means that this seller is just reselling installs. I asked to cancel the deal and the seller initially said they don’t do refunds and would send the updates when he got back home from work. I told him I did not want the updates as I knew these would just be installs and would most likely get bot killed. I ask for a refund of $275 and told him to keep the rest for the updates he claimed he sent even though I only got about 10%.
So after not hearing back from this user for 2 days I eventually opened a claim op PP. Automagically the user resurfaced. Said he would resolve this by providing me with 4 dedi dns amp’d servers with 26Gbps each. I try to resolve all disputes without having to do these types of scam reports so I gave the seller the benefit of the doubt and closed the pp disputes and waited for my servers. Seller said I would have these the next day. 4 days later and all I have is a login to one used server that is not 10Gbps and no script. The host that the server is located on does not allow spoofing and again the user said it did.
This seller has delivered nothing but BS for the last 7 days. He clearly does not know what he is doing and this will get someone in trouble. Please deal with caution.

Asked for refund - could not return the payment I had made a couple of hours earlier cause he was already in his bank account, hmmm.

Closed the PP dispute on the same day as he offered to supply the 4 x 10Gbps dedicated servers with spoofing. Yes these also were not delivered. Eventually yesterday after nagging him everyday for them he sent me 3 IP's with logins, told me he was fixing the fourth. 1 I managed to log into the other 2 I cannot. The hosting provider of these servers does not even offer 10Gbps servers or allow spoofing.
In fact the server he provided looks like it does 4Mb/s

I have loads more screen shots but I think this is enough proof that this seller is unable to provide the amount of installs/updates he/they claim to have and also cannot provide the correct servers. I unfortunately had to change the deal a number of times simply because the Seller was unable to deliver on anything.
I believe their intentions are good but they cannot deliver the goods at this time. I hope the seller will try an resolve this amicably and I will gladly close the dispute.
