hey I looked this up and its a virus that tries to get you to pay
anyone experience this.
any help please

Lol it's called ransomware. You can buy these on the forums, it's generally force survey's. They are pretty neat.

If you are infected go to the white hat help section for help.
Fear not, they are pretty easy to remove.

I've had one before. They're fucking horrible. Back when I got them though they were pretty easy to get around. All I did was make a new user and log on to it and remove it that way.

Also follow Corso's guide he just posted it will remove it completely and any other virus that may have infected your system.

How often? Depends on how many times you download, run, or get hit by the infections... I've never had it/one. I've removed over 200 instances of it though at just one job alone... Little yet how many I've removed through TV or what not. So really hard to say / answer.

It's fine to post them, we even have dedicated YT tags on here. Though this user already resolved this I am pretty sure.
