Alright, so lately I've seen a few threads pop up about detecting iDevices when plugged in, and I have seen tons of solutions, all of which involve detecting USB data. Now, while that may work, it doesn't accomplish a whole lot. Chances are, if you want to detect an iPhone/iPod, you want information about the device such as Device Name, Firmware Version, Model, etc. This kind of information just isn't retrievable via USB.
So I figured I would open up a little class for maybe 3-4 people at a time who want to learn how to accomplish this. Anyone is allowed to sign up and I will be doing them for around 2 days, starting now. If you're interested in signing up, simply shoot me a PM with your Skype name and we will get you situated. Anyone interested in flaming/hazing/insulting/disrespecting me for doing this is welcome to do so as well. Just know that you'll be blocked and ignored.
Alright, class is in session. Let role call begin!
