Hey,
A staff has warned me to replace my files from sharecash to mediafire or all my threads will be deleted.

First, I think this is very unfair, because:
1. Theses projects took hours of work to make, theirs NO way I'm going to make them public. I would sell them if anything else.

2. Hundreds of users use sharecash. I see sharecash on a daily bases in millions of threads. None have ever been deleted.

3. Its the only way HF users to make things public and still make money from them. Hell, me and tones of other members will agree.

Yin has confirmed over PM that sharecash IS ALLOWED (When he was staff)

Whichever staff told you that is wrong. $harecash is allowed. I forget the reason why it was filtered though.

Strongly agree. It's a nice way to make (what like 10 cents?) per download, and at least get A LITTLE bit of something in return for contributing to HF.

I'm sure staff and/or admins would rather us contributing then going to private forums and contributing there instead.

Share­cash is a way for people who put hard work into thier projects to get just a little bit of money back. What is so hard about spending 5 minutes on a survey?

You know even though I personally don't like ShareCa$h and despise it with all my heart M0D3RN has a point.
Developers put hours of work maybe even days on advanced projects to produce a functioning proper program. Now they could sell this program but instead they choose to help the public.
They should have the right to upload their files to whatever site they choose , and if that sites helps generate them some revenue that's great.
Filling out a survery is better then paying $10-$15 for the exact same program.

I agree. Sharecash is a good system and is a good way for members to release their work for free. I personally use it all the time and have already made around 70 bucks. It's great, and if people don't want to do a survey then don't download the file.

I am sure iBF agreed it is allowed.

M0D3RN H4X3R 2™ works hard on his projects, and gives them to the HF community, he should be able to use $harecash, he takes his time, so he should earn something too.

Yesterday, AsSaSs@iN told me to report $harecash links and I did. A few minutes after, iBF told me that $harecash links are fine ..
