This thread is to inform a n00b who is trying to understand how to be the best at hacking or whatever he needs to know in order to become elite ninja 👹 hacker

Social Engineering - Being bale to not only manipulate a computer but the human being controlling it is key to obtaining information , data , disrupt any situation.

Some of us are surprisingly expert liars which is what a Social Engineer does. For example , Those times when you wanted something from your parents to where you developed a plan in your head on how to obtain or get what you want from them, by knowing first what they will say if you give them an explanation , reading there body gestures , eye movement , etc.

Me: Mom can i go to Ryan house tonight?
Mom: Why?
Me: Because its for a group project.
Mom: Ok do a good job on it tonight.

^^^ Right There!! ^^^ Knowing that your mom may not say NO to you going out for HW but for sure will say NO if youd say to hang with friends

Using Tools a.k.a ( Internet ) *****************************************************

Utilizing the tools that surround you is key. Whether it be threads on HF , friends you have made or answering your own questions. My biggest struggle right now is programming and sticking to one thing at a time because so much information can be overwhelming thus frustrating the early hacker. " anything is possible if you set your mind to it "

Not bad. Kevin Mitnik is the king of social eng. After having read his books and seen his interviews, nobody can match that guy. Epic. I disagree with the 'using tools' bit of your post. The problem is: people use tools and never learn the fundamentals about how the tools work. If they don't know how the tools work - they have a colossal disadvantage.

Appreciate it puzzle9. Yea hes a beast , i am finishing the book the art of deception and when he replaces some of the people in his stories with other names which i find a lil humorous because all i can imagine is him doing the hacks.

Yea i should have been more detailed about utilizing fundamentally the " tools " !
