Great guide! Very Useful. Would give ya positive Rep, if I could.
Thanks for giving us these applications. Bumping this as it seems quite useful to other android users.
Thank you for the list, very useful for beginning droid users. Also, the droidsheep site doesn't allow users to download the app from there any longer. I have the app if you want the link to it pm me (mediafire). Good list though

very nice list. I'll try them out when I get a chance.

I think you should add greenify, zanti and freedom to this list but it's a very informative thread.
Heres some more if you want to add them

-DroidSheepGuard: Warns of network attacks and disconnects you in the event it happens.

-Interceptor-NG: A suite of network analysis tools

-Wireshark: A packet sniffer

-AscRecorder: Takes videos of your phones screen

-LOIC: A Denial of Service tool. Actually works decently for what it is

-SQLMapChik: A tool used for making website vulnerability assessments and attacks easy and simple on your phone or tablet.

-FASL: An app for writing scripts using a language developed specifically for android scripting. You can create schedules for the scripts to run on specfic events like incoming SMS texts, battery status, and more

-AIDE: Android Integrated Development Environment allows you to write apps from your device!

-Terminal IDE: A package of IDE's and compilers to write programs in any language directly on your phone or tablet!

All these are on google play.
Fairly nice list for people that are looking for these sort of tools. Nice contribution.
