About

.NET Streamer enables you to watch your favorite TV shows on your PC and get updates on the latest episodes, so that you don't miss any of them. With a stylish look and a user-friendly layout, it enables you to avoid having to search for a new episode or waiting for it to be broadcasted on TV.

Watch new episodes of various series

It displays a list of the available series and TV shows within its main window, showing you which ones have been recently updated and a short description about the plot of each show. It grabs data from watchseries.biz and if this website if offline, the application will trigger an error message and fail to load the video list.
In order to add a new show to your playlist, you must simply double-click on it. .NET Streamer retrieves the episode list and displays it in tree-view, for easier navigation.

Integrated player with full-screen support

Relying on the power of the popular VLC, the integrated player can stream the selected episode, enabling you to watch it in the comfort of your PC. It features play and pause commands, while also allowing fast forwarding to jump to a specific moment. In the attempt to enhance your experience, .NET Streamer supports full-screen viewing and picture-in-picture mode.

Subtitle downloading and syncing

.NET Streamer includes options for assigning subtitle files to the playing video, enabling you to load a locally stored SRT files and synchronize it with the video. You can easily customize the font and color of the text according to your preferences. It also features a built-in subtitle downloading tool that you can use to search for and grab SRT files from the Internet.

Some 'bugs':
Spamming the first node pops up a message: There's no episode available.
When the episode is not loaded yet and you spam the start button the Theme crashes I think? (Arithmetic overflow)
Loading a show is quite slow, probably its the host.

To maarten: alles goed, die 'gradient' (geen idee hoe dat heet..) van licht naar donker, zie je echt de overgang van strepen van 1 cm (als een slechte kwaliteit plaatje op een hd scherm). Verder vind ik het thema gaaf (wat je misschien nog wist van een ander programma) maar als je twee forums/dialogs open hebt, ik weet niet maar het is niet echt wat.. Misschien als je de form die op de achtergrond staat donkerer maakt of iets. Nouja dit is denk ik gewoon mijn mening dat ik het niet mooi vind.. :P Nog wel een foutje trouwens de form kan te veel shrinken: [img]http://www.lensert.com/at.png[/img]

I remember when this first came out, it was not threaded and only had one video host.
Then, the major updated release came out and I thought it was so cool, however it stopped working a few days later (because as you said before the sites all got shut down or something like that).

I was wondering why or when it would be updated, and I hoped it would because it is such a unique release.
