Question: Is there a point where an admitted scammer is banned from HF? This has been unresolved for over a year now and yet he is still here.

Note: This scam report is on Lakai, not anyone else involved. I do not care if he claims it was his "partner". For all I know, they shared the money. I have no proof that he was scammed also.

I was brought into a chat with Tiszy, Lakai, and his partner.

I was told that Lakai and his partner were buying RS gold from Tiszy. They only had Paypal, and Tiszy only wanted to accept BTC.

I offered them my usual 18% rate. They sent the money first, and then I did.

Since the payment plan, I did not receive the $75, and he says he has earned $5 to pay me so far.

I am tired of this situation, and I feel I need to publicly release it.

I feel that this situation is not being taken seriously by Lakai. He has not raised nearly enough money, and no progress seems to be happening. I did not receive the $75 as promised, and he has earned $5 since the deal was made. I am past the belief that the money will be returned, as I have no trust in Lakai. Please remember this is not a scam report on Tiszy or Bandors. Lakai is solely responsible, and he admitted that.

As for my opinion, he is not to be dealt with.

I messaged him just before posting this, giving him a chance to assure me about my money. He did not seem to care, and basically blew me off.
