My apologies to all the users that experienced 0x4313 and 0x4314 errors in the CPA Lander update 5.3
The bug affected mostly Windows XP systems due to missing WMI component present in the newer versions of Windows.
Also, there was an issue with registry key permissions that caused one of those two errors to show up.
I issued an update, version 5.4 which addresses to these issues and they should be fixed now. I have tested the new version on both Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3 and on Windows 8.0 and no issues were present.
