I called to verify and yes, I can refund the buyer and not be debited. They told me that accounts with high spending (I spend $2,500+ /month with my PayPal Business Debit Card) have extra perks and protection.
Back to cooking -- making lunch right now cooking New York Steak and A1 B.B.Q. Sauce to celebrate. 😊
I like PayPal support but I absolutely hate eBay support. I know, PayPal owns eBay but they do have different support.

PayPal loves me... I have like $8k+ income per month so they make a lot of fees off that.

That's true but sadly, we're just dollar signs to them. The more we spend, the more they're supposed to care (I bet their employers hint that), etc.
Imagine this -- Apple, an international renowned company, starts selling on eBay. I bet you they'll win 99.9% of the filed claims.

We should combine our money, lease a lamboghini, and live in Dubai, sipping coconut juice off a real coconut, no can shit. 😁

Paypal favours scammers... well in my case, most of the times. Lost alot of money due to chargebacks.

Not necessarily. I don't scam; some guy tried to scam me. PayPal said I could refund him without being debited, as in PayPal will pay the $500. Because the buyer is a dickhead, enough though the $500 won't be mine, I'm not going to refund him. Plus, I have eBay shares, so fuck him 🤗

LOL.
Yeah, I'm building up my history with PayPal / eBay right now. Hoping to reach this level soon. Already gave eBay $200 in fees and PayPal hundreds more this month, I better have some special protection.

Don't worry, you can join us too. Instead of a Lambo, we'll lease a motherfucking Bugatti. Someone's gonna be trunking it though, because it's a two-seater.

I don't know if you said that as a joke or whatever, because I actually live in Dubai...

Yup if you're making a good income monthly and you accumulate few charge backs they'll provide you with good support for sure.
I remember that one time PayPal let me withdraw 5k before 180 days.
It was a good day.

You don't have unlimited withdrawals? ❓
So they do understand now that this is real money not monopoly money.
