Would it be possible to add a "search" feature to this link to find a user's profile/ban reason?

If there's another way to go about doing this that i'm not familiar with please enlighten me.

The best way to do it is by using your browser's built in search function. Ctrl+F for PCs and Cmd+F for Macs.
