Okay so I have a website up and running with CPanel hosting etc.
How should I run it?
Should I use an autoinstaller with Wordpress or like Concrete5?
Or just upload a normal website template..

Can anyone help please?

Well, hard to answer. First take a look at these questions:

What the site is going to be about? Do you have any experience editing site?

Is it site with lot of content changing or just a presentation?

Those should be main questions here.

If you want to run site with news and stuff, install joomla or wordpress.

If it's just a simple site like presentation, you don't need any script..

you can use wordpres. Its easy and flexible..
