when u want to send a keylogger to a person and u need an reason for them to open an executable: convert it to .scr file and do the following:

Victim: Hey you wanna cam
Ewhore: sure, you have scr?
V: Whats scr?
E: secure chat relay
v:?
E: its a secure chat plugin for skype.
v: why you need it?
e: so noone can trace my ip...many creeps out there
V: where do i get it?
e: -.- wait i just send it to you
V: ok
e: Sending SecureChatRelay.scr

Exept that if it was as easy as that, RAtting would be a piece of cake. When you send it on skype, they actually see the original icon, the exe one ;)
