Is it good? Or should I download sandboxie? I just noticed Avast has their own sandbox and its blocked a lot of infectious files today.

if you are satisfied with avast then use it. comodo firewall has a sandboxie too I'm really satisfied with that and it is free.

From experience, Avast Sanbox is amazing, it looks like you are actually running the program on your computer while in actuality it's in Sanbox. Detection rates are as good in Sandbox as they are during normal detection.

I myself prefer Sandboxie over AV's sandboxes.
I have Avast and Comodo but Sandboxie works better in my opinion because of all the additional features.
