"The fourth true ancestor" is a legendarily strong vampire that shouldn't exist. Accompanied by the 12 "gun-beasts," this phantom vampire is said to have appeared in Japan. In order to find and kill this "fourth true ancestor," the government and the Lion King Organization order the dispatch of attack mages called "sword-maidens." For some reason an apprentice named Yukina Himeragi was chosen for the task. Wielding the strongest spiritual spear, Yukina comes to the special demon district Itokami City. There she encounters Kojou Akatsuki and learns the true nature of the "fourth true ancestor.

Not true at all... A lot of people posted in the Kill thread and that anime is nothing but low budget garbage that is getting praise for some unknown reason. ♥

Haha i kind of agree with this. I have seen both, and this is better than kill la kill. Many other new anime that came this fall is better than kill la kill, and im a guy that loves action.

Not true at all either. Kill la Kill is getting more attention because people have higher expectations for the Gurren Lagann dream team than an adaptation of a shitty light novel.

Well after one episode you can see they failed. Shitty animation style with absolutely worthlessly fast story that has no solid character development. The past and expectations do not equal a good show, if you write a wonderful novel that everyone loves and then write another one that is shit it doesn't automatically become better because of your previous unrelated work. ♥

Lol, calm down guys. Just finished watching the first episodes for Kill la Kill and Strike the Blood and both were really good in their own aspects. It all comes down to preference.

I really hope the plot develops a bit more, because at the moment it's not doing itself justice, that's for sure.

yeah man, the cliffhangers are so OP. All the action/unfoldings are about to happen and then they end the episode. i feel ya.
