In this tutorial, I will be showing you how to make paper styled text.
A great example of this: Invisus's Signature
Let's start. We will be working on this one letter by one. For the sake of simplicity, I will be only doing one letter.
1. Create a document of any size
2. Fill the background with any color. (I used HF's default color #333)

3. Create your letters; each being another layer. For the font, I recommend a bold, font.

4. Find a lines texture on the internet and make a pattern out of it

5. Create a duplicate of the letter you're working on, and raterize it. Make sure you remove the “eye” to the left of the original unrasterized layer so that it is invisible.

6. Using the rectangle tool, create a rectangle above the letter. Make the color a bit deeper

7. Using the Polygonal Lasso Tool, cut a corner of text off

8. Enter layer styles and add a little drop shadow to the rectangle

9. Apply the pattern on the font

10. Repeat for other letters
