Hello HF,
Today I am going to teach you step by step how you can play most GameBoy pokémon games (and other GameBoy games) on your iphone, ipad or ipodTouch IOS 6 & 7 without Jailbreak!

Step 1.
Set your time on your Idevice to 15th July 2012 (you can change that back to the current date when everything is working)
You can find time setting under Settings > General > Date & Time.
Switch off Set Automatically.
And than set the date to 15th July 2012

NOTE:
From here on you might get warning that the apps isnt checked by the app store and that google doesnt regonize it. You press: Ok or Accept this WONT harm your iDevice
Step 2.
Go to the following site on your iDevice:
emu4ios.weebly.com/#downloads
Step 3.

Press: Applications (if you don't see this button scroll down until you see GBA4iOS and download that)
Step 4.
Select GBA4iOS from the list you get and download it.

Step 5.
Open GBA4iOS
Step 6.
You will get into a map callled: ROMs press on the search button (right upper corner)
Step 7.
You will see this:

Go to the: Gameboy Advance / GBA ROMs - CoolROM.com
Step 8.
Press: Browse By letter and select the "P" from Pokémon (ofcourse you can choose other letters for other games)
Step 9.
Download the Pokémon game version you want.
Step 10.
Load the ROM by pressing on it and play the game :).

I'm up to downloading the game file from coolrom and it won't work. Suggestion for troubleshooting this? I'm on ios7 with everything set back to 2012 like it says

No problem :).
Ofcourse you can instal any big GBA game that is listed.
