As an avid lounger in the dubstep forum here on HF, I've noticed that it's primarily EDM. If you take a look at the posts, while a lot are dubstep, a large portion are also house, electro, and etc. I don't think that EDM tracks outside of the dubstep forum actually get any recognition. It would be a lot easier for the Dubstep forum to be renamed EDM, so it would officially classify all the genres in EDM.
Just an idea, what do you guys think?

It stands for Electronic Dance Music, and represents all of electronic music. <3 EDM.

I agree with you! EDM or Electronic Music. This would promote more of the genres ie Trance,Electro House, Progressive (many others) which would create more posts. And more posts mean more traffic. And more traffic makes Omni a happy guy/admin !

You have no idea what you're talking about. EDM is a class of genres you fucking idiot. EDM includes house, trance, dubstep, some trap, progressive, basically anything electronically made. There is no "mixed together".

You haven't probably heard the load of EDM crap produced recently ..no creativity to the point that thy produce trap and electro together or house:brostep to make an EDM Trakc , and i'm fucking idiot ? .. yeah right .
