Will there be a problem if the logger needs NET framework?

One of the things I'm always a little wary about is loggers that require NET framework.

For example, just looking at Project Neptune, which says "The only requirement is .NET Framework 2.0."

Does anyone know whether most Windows computers use NET.

I don't really use Windows so find it hard to know.
Most times you need to download it for the progeram to work fully
I have no issues downloading NET framework.

But my point is whether the keylogger will work on other people (victims).

Do most normal Windows users install NET framework? I know there is no 100% correct answer - but I would just like a general estimation based on some kind of evidence.

I'd still like to know people's opinions from a keylogger perspective.
Im pretty sure that every keylogger you buy here on HF have framework v2.0 which ALL windows OS'es have which means it can be runned on all systems with Windows.
NET framework Is usually required for loggers , and even more than just loggers , lots of other programs
I think .NET 2 is on all the Windows Operating Systems by default since like, XP...

Dont lose any sleep over it, you should be fine.
From my experience if it says it needs frame... it needs frame id hate to guess how many times ive encountered problems without frame downloaded and installed.
