Blackshades also has a scanner, but it appears that the site is unavailable right now. EDIT: I think you have to register.

http://nodistribute.com/ is a free one. I'm not positive how up to date the scans are though.
It is important to make sure the the website does not distribute, as that will make it detected faster. |
