[tutorial] How to get someones Ip on Skype with cmd.

Okay what you want to do is first start a conversation or a call with the person that you want the ip of. Send them a message or something, Then run cmd as administrator. Now type in netstat -nbt You should get a list of ips. The ip on the left is yours the one on the right is the person that you have just messaged. Make sure you see above the ip to the left skype.exe. That is how you know that it was from the person on Skype.

Also a tip they do not have to respond to your message it will still be in the ip list.
um isnt skype not p2p anymore making this method useless?

The Ip that it gives you. you can dos it find where they live, or if you know how to Nmap do that also. A lot of skype revolvers don't work well. This method works for me.

And no I don't think it is p2p. it worked for me tried it on a couple people.
I think on Skype you don't send messages DIRECTLY to the other user, so I doubt this works.

Pretty sure Skype isn't a P2P service.
So the OP is probably getting a Skype's server IP and is trying to DDoS it.
Good luck with that OP.

Edit : Sakagami prooved me wrong. Damn it. Respect.

My era of providing technical support and malware removal on HackForums is over, so you can stop PM'ing me about it. Sorry.
Skype is P2P, how do you think people manage to get IP's from Skype using commview with a simple phone call? You wouldn't be able to do that if you were being separated by servers.
Worth a try. Let's see if my attention span can hold out Lol. Resolvers are my only option atm.
It would be a better choice to do the following command, after find the PID (via `tasklist | find "Skype.exe"`):

netstat -ano | find "[PID of Skype.exe]"

Skype revolvers don't really work on skype anymore.
I've found a way to get Skype IP's. All the user has to do is go onto http://resolveme.org/, just simply type in their skype name and then viola you have an IP and I don't think Skype is P2P.
