Modify spam filter

In the coding sections indentation is very important, but the spam filter removes characters that are repeated > 5 times(?), so most indentation screws up, especially in the Python section.

PHP Code

<?php

class SomeClass
{
    function
SomeFunction()
    {
  if(
someCondition)
  {
    if(
someOtherCondition)
    {
    for(
some; con; ditions)
    {
    if(
someOtherCondition)
    {
    echo
someVariable;
    }
    }
    }
  }
    }
}
I'll think about making forum exceptions in the coding area.
Bump.

Nothing has changed and reading code is still a pain in the ass.
Remove the character repeat spam filter... PLEASE

needs to be address, he can reopen/reply to the closed topic and leave a response, just saying though, don't hold your breath.

Made a thread a few days ago. It got denied.. :/
I would also like to see this, it seems extremely beneficial.

That'd be pretty cool, however, you made the post a while ago.
Are you still thinking about doing this?

You should now be able to do 6 repeating characters before it's cut. If you go over the 6 repeating characters it will but it back to just 6.

I just want to say this was an awesome suggestion and I'm glad Omni went through with it.

ZOMG more characters. No more broken color BBCode! Woot!
Thankyou Omni, much of a help.
I started getting frustrated aswell because when I did this at the end of my sentence '...' it cut it down to '..', which my OCD went AWOL over.

Wooo!
Thanks, Omni. :)
However, 6 isn't that much when you use spaces instead of tabs in your code, but I guess I'll just change it to tabs then. :P
