This member is scamming many other members too. This needs to be dealt with.

Each time he scams someone he changes his name.

I understand you got scammed but you should have not dealt with him if he had 3 open scam reports.

If all reports were false a admin would of deleted them.

He was manipulated into believing that all the scam reports were resolved. Though I hope I've learned him to not be such naive next time!

Wow. I so fucking wish staff would do something about this. Is that not enough proof. I would edit the OP and include a link to that but I can't edit posts. No one is going to see it now, ffs. Really though, that is more than enough proof that this guy is scum and should be banned. This just makes me so angry. Wish staff would do something.
