There are many ways to spread a JDB. Just be creative really, Make a website to host it on ( hopefully a free way such as x10hosting ) with like homemade guides about Maplestory or anything that will. As long as people hit the ok button for that JDB then that is ok. Allthough I really don't know how to set up Jrat cause I don't use RAT's that often.

When it comes to JDB, your creativity is all that matters. I know GalaxyJDB has an website copy option which used correctly with a good blabla piece of text can be very affective!

They even have a silent version which runs your server immediately when they visit the url. (So no clicking required) But, that one is down for maintenance at the moment, but could go live any minute.

Good luck!
