The best thing is to wait for an official release of a jailbreak.
When it's out i could help you.
You can update to 7.0.4 it wont affect the ability to jailbreak.

I don't really think they will release this 'soon'. They are talking about the iOS 7 jailbreak for month now. And now they want to wait for iOS 8...

Well you can downgrade your iOS and jailbreak then.
