I want to symlink bypass a server. this is server information:

Server software: Apache
Disabled PHP Functions: none
cURL support: enabled
Supported databases: MySql (5.5.32)

when i create symlink then,my symlinked page shown:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /wp-content/themes/twentythirteen/1/adflahan-WordPress.txt on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
NOW HOW CAN I BYPASS THIS SERVER?
PLEASE ANYONE HELP ME.
