Hey man! I am sorry to tell you it is not that easy! You can either pay a company to graph it for you, or get one of your friends with a vps to give you the ip to the their vps and you hit that, and they tell you what you are hitting at. Other that their is no other way!

If you can get access to a Linux server you can install dstat and use that.
