Hi, I'm not a hacker and have only intermediate tech skills. My girlfriend rarely uses email and has forgotten both the passwords for her hotmail account and the yahoo account she had as the alternative email address. She is unlikely to have chosen a particularly secure password. She now needs to get back into her hotmail account but can't gain access. Does anybody know how I can help her?

If she is the real user of this account, she could send a mail to outlook with her Identity card.
Otherwise you can hack hotmail/Yahoo/Facebook account etc with keylogger/RAT/Stealer.
For example you can bind a picture with your server and send it to your victim (Its a realy basic method..)
You can also Java drive by...

Thanks for the reply DrWeedz - she is the real owner so a keylogger would be pointless - there's nobody to watch typing the password in. I guess I may be able to get on to outlook, but she said she had gone through all the options in the lost password section.
