I have an url and in that url there is a button which I want to execute automatically that is I am going to give that url to the victim.when he click that link then the button in that url should also be executed without users knowledge/privilege. Is there any way to implement that idea by some modification to url?

Let me get this straight. You want someone or victim to click a link, and you don't want them knowing that link is bad because of the url name?

Exactly and also I have a malicious file say in mediafire.Now when the victim clicks the link (say www.mediafire.com/abc), that malicious file should be download in the victims pc when the victim visit the above link even though he didn't clicked the download button.I am asking is that possible to implement the above concept by modifying the url(in our case www.mediafire. com/abc) into some format?

Ok. For that, I would use a link shortener. Like http://goo.gl/ . You just put the full URL in there and it will shorten the link for you. I tried it with meat spin . com to trick my friends and they fell for it.
