Since people can give a person more than one gift, it would be kind of cool if there were different color gift awards. I, for example, would like to be able to receive a blue gift award instead of a red one, as blue is my favorite color.

Yeah this is a very nice idea OP but like someone said above I think whenever threads like this popup here omni posts on them saying he will choose the awards however I do think if he sees enough of one suggestion he'll know one idea is particularly popular for example my thread got omni to make the forum 'photography 101' that was after the idea had been denied like 20+ times previously.

I'm not trying to nominate anyone for anything. That specifically talks about nominations.
However, I do understand where you all are coming from. I am sure this edges very close into the do-not-suggest territory, but this kind is not directly mentioned as far as I can tell, and I personally believe it would be a pretty cool addition.

I don't think we should add awards similar to L-F or any other sites with multiple of the same award. It brings down the quality of awards if they're easier to get.

Also, Coded is wrong.

That's saying you can't suggest to have an award. Not have one added to the site.
